Terms of Use

Last updated 4 August 2026

By using the Hoilo app or this website you agree to these terms. Hoilo is operated by Juraj Škvarla, Prague, Czech Republic — jurajskvarla@gmail.com.

What Hoilo is

Hoilo generates an AI preview of how a garment might look on you. The images are synthetic approximations. They are not measurements, not a guarantee of fit, colour, material or availability, and not advice about a purchase. Always rely on the shop's own sizing information before buying.

Your photos and rights

You keep ownership of the photos you put into Hoilo and of the try-on images you generate. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you upload, including any photo of a person other than yourself, and that you have their consent.

Acceptable use

Product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Hoilo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any shop or brand whose product pages you use.

Free try-ons and Hoilo Pro

The app includes a number of free try-ons. Hoilo Pro removes that limit and is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system; billing, refunds and cancellation follow Apple's rules and your App Store account settings.

Availability

Hoilo depends on a third-party image generation service and on shop websites it can read. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and generation may fail or be rate limited. Hoilo is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hoilo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for purchase decisions made on the basis of a generated image, or for lost images. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Termination

You can stop using Hoilo at any time by deleting the app. Access may be refused where these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
